Quick and easy shopping through the online store: 3-minute video guide
You have received a QR code card
Go to https://mono.fotograf.de and enter the eight-digit code from your card. Either you will be taken directly to your gallery, or you can leave your name and email address. You will receive a link once the photos are available in your gallery.
Register your child
Go to https://mono.fotograf.de and enter the eight-digit registration code. Then enter your child's first and last name, as well as the class/group and your email address so we can notify you as soon as the photos are available in your gallery. For siblings, click the plus sign at the bottom right to add more children.
Best device for ordering
The larger the screen, the easier it is to order. On a PC/laptop, you can open the photos almost full-screen, making it easy to view all details.
Complete download
It is always possible to receive all the images from your gallery as files. This includes friends' pictures. Click here for: Complete download - Kindergarten / Complete download - School
Photo editing
We only edit photos on request. Please send an informal email to retusche@mono-photography.de with your editing wishes within 30 minutes after ordering, using the email address with which you ordered. Small, quick retouches are free of charge. For more extensive editing, the fee is a maximum of €7 per photo. You will receive a non-binding quote beforehand in this case.
Check the sharpness of the images in the large view. Some photos with slight blur are kept in the gallery.
There is no return policy for already produced prints, but you do have the right to claim for defects in case of production errors.
Image cropping
You can crop each photo to your preferred format in the shopping cart. Especially for stickers and canvases, please make sure to check the cropping. You will be reminded of this once more in the shopping cart.
Delivery times:
Please note that the delivery times listed in the online store only refer to the production time at the lab. Allow approximately 3 additional working days for all orders (including downloads).
If you have questions:
Please contact me directly by email bestellungen@MoNo-Photography.de or by phone at 0531 28765901 (Please leave your name, your child's name, and your request on the answering machine). I can no longer change orders once placed, but I can cancel them. The online store is automated and sends your order to a professional lab for production, which then ships it directly to your home.
